CONTEXT
i3 Simulations develops immersive XR healthcare training products that enable clinicians to practise high-risk, low-frequency scenarios in safe learning environments. Success depends on balancing clinical accuracy, technical reliability and practical deployment so products can be adopted across hospitals, universities and healthcare organisations rather than remaining technology demonstrations.
MY ROLE
I operated at the intersection of clinicians, engineers and commercial teams, translating ambiguous clinical, technical and customer requirements into clear product direction, delivery priorities and executable plans. My responsibility was to reduce uncertainty, align stakeholders and ensure products progressed from early concept through deployment while maintaining clinical integrity and commercial viability.
